Job description

·  Perform complex troubleshooting activities to diagnose packaging issues.
·  Complete software packaging using virtualisation technologies
·  Act as point of escalation for all environment related delivery issues for Specialists and provide guidance until issue is resolved.
·  Participate and contribute to Architectural /design meetings / Solutions. This role is based permanently on client site in Melbourne.

After hours and weekend work may be required

·  Use of deployment technologies including (Tivoli, SMS, SCCM, Citrix Installation Manager, AD & Radia
