The Oracle EBS Functional Analyst will need experience in the following areas:
· Implementing Oracle Release 12 with specific experience with Oracle Receivables, Order Management, Project Billing and Cost Accounting.
· Deep experience in Federal and DoD business environments. Implementing in multi-org environment.
· Coordinating with multiple user groups and implementation and development teams.
· Strong organization skills.
· Analyzing and cleansing conversion data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Active DoD Secret clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
· Information Assurance Contractor Training of IAT Level II and Certification is required for this position, preferably in the computer environment (CE) of Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle WebLogic Server 12c or higher.
· Provide technical knowledge and analysis of Oracle financials and Time & Labor application module and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the Government financial accounting subject matter for effective implementation. Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases.
· 8+ years relevant Oracle and Federal Financial Management experience.

· Implementation experience with Oracle Federal Financial modules including Projects, Receivables and project contracts.
· Client experience with Oracle Release 12.2 or above.
· Client experience with Federal and DoD organizations implementing Oracle EBS.
· Professional financial management certification highly desirable.
· Experience in working with DOD Lifecycle management.
· Experience in working with DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook.
· Experience in working with PPBE.
· Experience in working with Agile software methodologies.
· Experience in working with Oracle EBS products.
