金融業界の中でも、特にグローバルにビジネスの拡大を志向する大手金融機関のクライアント（銀行、証券、保険、カード）の金融各分野における経営コンサルティング業務を推進します。金融機関が国内・グローバルいずれにおいても継続的に成長できる管理の姿を立案し、また実現を果たすことをミッションとします。

【具体的には】
デジタル・グローバル・トランスフォーメーションの重なるより複雑な領域での戦略立案から実行支援までの幅広いサービスを提供し、大手金融機関のクライアント（銀行、証券、保険、カード）の各分野の変革をサポートしています。
クライアント企業の成果にコミットする部隊として、プランニングに留まらず、実行支援まで行い、クライアント共に企業変革を推進しています。
