Job description

This WW Marketing Leader will shape and champion the mission, vision, and execution of a cross-BU go-to-market strategy. They will work with stakeholders across corporate marketing, sales and product leadership, as well as industry, business unit, and geography marketing and sales. Through this collaborative effort, they will architect and evangelize a clear and logical conceptual campaign architecture anchored in must-win audience conversations, and facilitate alignment across marketing, sales, and product leadership to ensure successful execution from awareness to closed business.

This marketing leader must possess deep knowledge of best practice, audience-centric b2b marketing principles, including audience prioritization, campaign architecture, messaging and positioning, content architecture, account-based marketing and sales enablement. Additionally, this individual must have a strong executive presence, the ability to influence behaviors and build critical relationships in a highly matrixed organization through earned trust and respect, and an exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply - verbally, through presentations, and in internal and external-facing communications.
