Job description
Pricer for complex, long-term services contracts, supporting the Nordic Market.
1. Customer Facing Role: Bie the prime financial interface to the customer and third party consultant, close Customer Business Case/Close IBM's Business Case, help structure the appropriate solution to drive value to Customer and IBM and complete Customer required response on deal commercials/financials.
2. Understand what wins: Shape the deal and drive towards winning value proposition, support the market price analysis, define Target Price, risk share profile, year-1 financails, cash and I&E profiles, negotiate and navigate terms and conditions, assist with client's asset treatment.
3. Minimize Risk / Maximize Return: rationalize the Cost Case, Complete pricing using approved pricing tools and processes, manage and present deal financials through CHQ review and approval when appropriate, employ best Accounting Practices / Rules, ability to influence and drive the best solution for IBM and the Customer
4. Be Creative: Solve complex problems that involve competing priorities, ensure foundation of the deal is sound, validate against past deal experience, evaluate our ability to influence retained costs, rationalize deal returns vs. value and risk, leverage IGF capabilities and evaluate holistic IBM optimal outcome vs short term, brand specific targets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
min 3 years of Services Pricing experience,
min 1 year of Lead-Pricer role for deals with TCV>50m$
high level of proficiency in use of Pricing Tools (SDM- Pricing, ISSP, SDM-GPE)
high level of proficiency in use of MS-Office applications (excel, powerpoint)
confident and proficient communication and presentation skills
high level of business acumen and analytical skills
leadership skills (i.e. ability to manage, influence and guide the engagement team on pricing related aspects)
