Sie verstehen es, wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren und Open-Source Tools im grösseren Maßstab einzusetzen, anzupassen und weiterzuentwickeln? Unsere Kunden sind verschiedene Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte des Böblinger IBM Labors, denen wir mit modernen Mitteln Linux-Umgebungen 'as a Service' zur Verfügung stellen. Dabei setzen wir auf offene Standards und Open-Source-Technologien, um die Zukunftsfähigkeit und Interoparabilität unserer Lösungen zu sichern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine(n) Linux-Expertin oder -Experten mit Interesse an der Bereitstellung von Linux-Umgebungen als 'Infrastructure as a Service'. Wir kümmern uns dabei um die Administrierung und Provisionierung, sowie den sicheren Betrieb einer modernen Linux-Umgebung und sind auch für die Einhaltung der IBM Server Richtlinien verantwortlich. Wir pflegen und erweitern eine Automatisierungsumgebung, die es ermöglicht, verschiedene Linux-Distributionen (SLES, RHEL, Ubuntu) auf verschiedenen Hardware-Architekturen (s390, PPC, X86) und Virtualisierungsumgebungen (KVM, z/VM, ESXi) bereitzustellen und somit für den Kunden mit seinem jeweiligen Anwendungsfall eine optimale Lösung anbieten zu können. In unserem spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsfeld stehen wir in gutem Kontakt zu vielen Teams und Nutzern im globalen Verbund der IBM Labors.

Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik
- Sie haben solide Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Linux und der Kommandozeile
- Sie beherrschen Programmier- oder Script-Sprachen und haben Spaß an der IT-Automatisierung
- Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert und haben Spaß sich in neue Dinge einzuarbeiten
- Sie sind motiviert, arbeiten selbstständig und können in Deutsch und Englisch sicher kommunizieren
