Who you are:

You are a System Administrator for CRM Applications, your day to day tasks will cover advanced administration of AIX/ Linux server based operating systems. You are responsible for daily deployments and application health checks. You are an IT professional with support of various new SW/HW technologies used in the enterprise area.

What you will do:

As a CRM System Administrator , you will:
·  Implement assigned changes following specific documentation
·  Perform security related tasks against specific documentation
·  Maintain a thorough understanding of the systems and client supported
·  Perform Daily system checks against specific documentation
·  Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations
·  Maintain Information repository and team room documents
·  Maintain after hours on call support for the IBM account
·  Other activities as directed by the leader or manager
·  Support/Drive weekend deployments
·  Lead middleware updates on Test/production

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Engineering degree or above is essential.
·  Information Technology; Engineering or Science is preferred.
·  Ability to handle multiple incidents/demands simultaneously while adapting to constantly changing requirements.
·  Understands strategic business objectives and propose relevant technical solutions and alternatives
·  Ability to communicate with all levels of technical and management staff
·  Required Skill Set
·  AIX, Linux, WAS, MQ, Castiron,
·  DB2/SQL hands-on
·  Hands-on exp with Monitoring Tools - Zabbix, New Relic
·  Strong Team Player
·  Excellent Communication Skills
·  Knowledge on ServiceNow tool and Agile would be an added advantage
