Job description

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand and qualify customer needs and requirements
Team with Account Executive and Channel Partner Rep to build pipeline and close deals
Achieve quarterly quotas for qualified leads passed
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand a database of prospects within assigned territory
When appropriate, perform effective online demos to prospects and manage the end to end sales process

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 3+ years of experience with inside sales and/or lead development experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience finding and qualifying complex enterprise SaaS opportunities
- Experience selling services to the “C-Suite” of clients and guiding clients through the purchasing process
- Ability to assess customer business needs and relationships with qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Ability to work collaboratively with New Business Account Executives and 3rd party Channel Business Partners

An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidates must be comfortable working in a team selling environment with primary tasks being pipeline build, lead development, and running full sales cycle activities. Daily tasks include making dozens of calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, as well as running sales motions when appropriate.
