As an IBM Software Engineer, you'll use the latest tools and technologies available to deliver state-of-the-art software. Working in an Agile and DevOps environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring that software components are expertly designed, developed and deployed in a continuous delivery cycle.

The DNS Analytics team delivers world dominant analytics insights that empower Enterprise and end users to preemptively identify malicious activities of threats in their early spreading stage. Numerous machine learning technologies are adapted in our analytics models where to seek the most effective methods of early detection with outstanding accuracy. As part of the team you will have the opportunities to productize analytic engines through directly work with researchers worldwide, and deploy the solution in scalable pipelines and Cloud native micro-services on a modern tech stack. You will also have the opportunities to cooperate with worldwide development teams to integrate our DNS Analytics solution to different products in IBM Security product portfolio such as QRadar SIEM and IBM Cloudpak for Security.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software-Development-related fields
·  Experience in the design and development of Cloud platform and infrastructure services
·  Experience building projects in C/C++ and Python
·  Experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka)
·  Practical knowledge of container technologies (docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift)
·  Good understanding of DevOps best practices (CI, QA/testing, code linting, etc.).
·  Experience working in lean/agile teams.
