IBM Poland Internship - Software Support

Job description

Are you a computer science student passionate about positive customer experience? Joining the IBM Software Lab in Krakow, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in solving real life customer problems and develop expertise in the domain of big data and data warehousing - much wanted know-how for years to come. You will be working in a dynamic support environment on a variety of challenging tasks to best leverage your talents and develop technical competencies.
We are looking for students available for at least 20 hours per week. We offer paid internships with attractive salary and long-term contracts. Tasks:
·  communication with customers and cooperation with other support team members to diagnose and resolve issues
·  cooperation with development teams to identify and implement enhancements to the product to improve robustness and serviceability
·  timely delivery of high-quality incident resolutions focusing on root cause analysis, prevention and knowledge transfer
