IBM Poland Internship - Package Software Developer CPT

Job description

IBM Package Software Developer (IBM BPM package).
Currently we are searching for junior developers (students) that will join project team for a period of 9 – 12 months and work on actual client tasks.

The person in this position will work on implementation of selected Enterprise class package from the IBM software portfolio for one of our Clients (IBM BPM).

Depending on individual developer performance, the best junior developers, will be able to progress to a more senior roles and participated in other IBM projects locally and globally.

As a first step, successful candidates, will receive training and mentoring from more senior colleagues.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

• Code development in both FRONTEND and BACKEND technologies (JS + JAVA.

• Analysis and preparation of development documentation (understanding of client business processes and translating requirements into “code”).

• Project work in a 4-5-person team of programmers and architects working at client office.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Ideal candidates for the role need to:

• Have practical experience in JS and JAVA.

• Have at least basic knowledge in the area of integration and APIs (REST, SOAP).

• Communicate in Polish and English language min. B1.

• Be available to work in Warsaw (onsite at client site min 3.5 days / week).

• Have active student status (formal requirement).
