IBM Internship-Project Management Officer with German

Job description

IBM is opening for an intern position. We are looking for Interns that can join our teams and participate in the execution of our service management projects. In this role, your contributions and new perspectives will be valuable in providing a high-quality user experience to our customers.

Project Management - Office Management provides project support through ownership and management of project documentation and reporting.
This role works under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion. A suitable candidate needs to have the following skills:

Responsibilities :
- Training regarding IBM as a corporation and IBM Romania - departments & activities
- Soft skills training for certain abilities - communication, teamwork, planning& organizing, presentation skills
- Assist in Project Reporting
- Assist in Financial activities
- Assist in Commercial activities of the PM office
- Working with Project Team members
- Assist the team and offer support, as necessary, to keep the project on track
- Assist in driving the project to completion, as scheduled
- Attending Meeting and Conference Calls
- Reporting Project Status to Management
- Create reports, charts, etc. for reporting project status to management.

Requirements
- Technical University studies: preferably in Statistics
- English language - Advanced
- German language - Advanced
- Great reporting skills
- Basic technical knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Office, SQL
- Experience in technical support/customer service
- Detail Orientation, Good Communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills are needed, as well as communication skills;
- Pro-activeness and willing to bring innovation forward
