Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive end-to-end talent acquisition activities - help to assist in job postings on jobsbank and manage the applications and disposed with the TAP's guidance.
2. Open positions reporting and build a strong pipeline of talents
3. Assist to map out candidates from specific companies on a maplist.
4. Others - data analysis when required
Desired Skills and Experience:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. He/She should have excellent organization and efficient time management skills to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
· Undergraduates or graduates specializing in Human Resource, Business, Marketing or related fields
· High initiative, self-driven and a good team player
· Flexible to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements
· Process oriented, detailed and meticulous
· Good English - verbal and written proficiency
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Internship Period: Minimum 3 months (preferably 6 months).
