If you have a graduated studies academic level with Master Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. deep understanding and knowledge of insurance industry products and processes in General Insurance and Life Insurance with profound knowledge of standard software packages for the insurance industry in DACH and profound technological experience in developing Enterprise Architecture Landscapes we would be pleased to receive your application.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Graduated studies academic level with Master Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. Deep understanding and knowledge of insurance industry products and processes in General Insurance and Life Insurance and knowledge of standard software packages for the insurance industry in DACH. 15+ years of experience in managing complex IT transformation programs with different partners and organizations. Proven track record of implementing insurance industry standard software and driving the organizational change in IT-departments. Technological experience in developing Enterprise Architecture Landscapes and designing distributed applications based on open standards. Programm Management certificate PMI or PRINCE 2.0++. C-Level communication capabilities bridging the communication gap between Business and IT.Trusted advisor on C-Level and director level.Pragmatism to solve critical issues on different levels.
