Job description
What you'll do
· They handle individual queries through calls, Chats and e-mail from PAN India IBM employees and managers.
· Providing complete resolution, identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to fix issues.
· Topics include, but are not limited to, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Expenses, Performance management tool etc.,
· This involves working closely with HR Partner teams and other core HR teams.
· HR Advisor prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method to resolve employee issues.

· The HR Advisor performs first level support and hence receives training on all HR related policies and procedures first-hand from SME's.
