Full Stack Developer

Job description

We are looking for a full stack developer to work on next generation cloud-based products that are deployed across multiple regions on the IBM cloud as well as on IBM customer cloud accounts. In this role you will work as part of an agile development team, leveraging the latest of technologies/tools like Kubernetes, Golang, NodeJS, Git, Concourse, Helm Charts, IBM Cloud Platform, Mongo, Cloud Object Storage, Cloud Foundry and more.

Required Skills:
·  Developers are expected to have a CS degree with experience in delivering both code and test cases for features that they are responsible for.
·  Experience in one or more of the following languages (GoLang, REACT, Ruby, Node.js)
·  Good understanding of object oriented design principles and patterns
·  Good knowledge of REST-based web services (REST, JSON)
·  Good understanding of and experience with CI and unit testing Preferred Skills:
·  Experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
·  Experience NoSQL document-based databases and keystores (Mongo, etcd)
·  Experience with RDBMS (Postgres)
·  Experience with Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming Required Education: BS in Computer Science
