Job description

The Digital Sales Client Rep is responsible for the total client relationship within a territory of Multi National Accounts. Based on a self-established Account / Territory Plan you run the business together with the eco-system (e.g. business partners, ISVs, SIs, CSPs), brand & solution reps & marketing. It is expected that you develop a Industry expertise over time to be able to address IBM's offerings in the context of a specific Industry.

While selling the full IBM portfolio with focus on AI, solutions and SaaS offerings is required. You extensively use Digital Sales techniques while applying telephone sales & face-to-face sales as well.

The successful Digital Client Representative will be expected to:
- Manage the timely handling, follow-up and nurturing of Marketing-generated responses from customers/prospects for the Commercial.
- Conduct outbound campaigns to targeted prospects for Opportunity identification
- Nurture responses & prospect through the selling stages from noticed / identified to closed; maintain a relationship with customers/prospects throughout the buyers journey
- Enhance customer satisfaction, the client rep is necesary to connect and bring IBM offering to clients. Especially, whitespace accounts and a part of the Cambodia market
- Participate in Commercial Digital Sales reviews and territory planning sessions
- Attend training and education related to selling skills, software products/ solutions/ offerings and campaign/tactic enablement.
