The CICS support will be responsible for the day to day changes and incidents problem determination as well as regular maintenance, providing performance and running analysis and improvement to the supported CICS regions. The professional will have to be part of a on call rotation to cover the client 24x7.

Solid experience as CICS System Programmer for zOS.:
CICS Installation and upgrade
CICS Utilities, Recovery, ReBuild
CICS Application Performance and Tuning
CICS capacity planning and management
CICS Backup and Recovery
Agile Practices Knowledge
Ability to work well as a Team
Excellent Communication skill in order to daily interact with US/EMEA remote clients.
Initiative in providing new innovating solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
COBOL, Assembler, CICS application design, performance reporting, MQ, DB2, SYSVIEW
JCL, TSO, SDSF, JES2, ISPF
Project Management skill to lead CICS Projects with customers and other Support teams.
