Job description

The Business Support Operations Professional for France has responsibility for maintaining a good relationship with external and internal clients and business partners.

The position is in the Client Financing organization specialized in leasings and loans. The individuals in this role use dedicated financing systems and processes in the support of varied operational and administrative responsibilities in the complete end-to-end cycle of a financing contract (creation, validation, disbursement, billing, asset management, dispute handling etc).

Proactive and continuous communication via phone and email with the stakeholders is essential.
Extended support availability is required during the month and quarter closings.
