Job description

· Execute sales leadership and exhibits proficiency in identifying, qualifying and/or closing large/complex IT solution opportunities;
· Primary metrics for the role will be: revenue, gross profit and signings (contract value), measured at both a Personal and Distribution Sector Team level;
· Have deep experience in AMS, better with Banking or Consumer industry experience.
· 15-20 years of SI or IT Consulting work experience,
· Experience in sales and delivery of services and solutions.
· Deep experience consulting with large and mid-size Chinese companies as well as multi-national companies.
