IBM Global Business Services is looking for talented and highly motivated, strategy consultant to join our Enterprise Strategy consulting practice focus on IT strategy Planning. As an Associate Partner, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with CEO, COO and the broader C-Suite to define how best optimize its operation model at the enterprise level can enable disruptive strategies and create business value. You will drive operation model optimization change principles, which include its overall IT Strategy model design/optimization, or key business value creation areas such as Production planning and development, sales and marketing transformation, supply chain strategy and etc, at the enterprise level within large enterprise programs spanning geographies and touching tens of thousands of employees. This role works with senior leaders of our clients who want to implement and improve its IT efficiency and strategic competence. You must have both IT strategy planing expertise and the ability to lead, mentor and coach at all levels through to the C-Suite. Successful candidates will have direct evidence of leading multi-year digital transformations within a large enterprise.

·  Provide professional and business leadership for IT strategy practice under Enterprise Strategy service line in Great China Group, generating USD 5m to 10m a year in strategy signing and revenue
·  Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
·  Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value
·  Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client Executive to drive new business.
·  Perform Coaching at the team and executive level
·  Ensure the connected operation strategy practice focuses on IBM's priority clients and on projects generating downstream opportunities for IBM
·  Work actively with the Global and GCG IT Strategy practice, as well as other service line to leverage global experience, methods and community to provide IBM client end to end digital transformation service.

·  At least 15 years experience of business digital strategy or IT strategy consulting experience
·  Experience of building and leading a strategic consulting practice or team
·  Experience of developing running a service business of USD 5 to 10m a year
·  Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
·  Understanding of and insights into the impact of digital technologies / digital transformation
·  Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value proposition and the unique value of IBM.
·  Excellent communications skills orally and in writing, able to craft and deliver great presentations in English, Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage
·  Personal eminence - a recognized subject matter expertise in their area including in social media

·  Master's Degree strongly preferred
·  10 years of experience working for a top strategy consulting firm developing operational strategies for clients or equivalent experience
