Job description

The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. The employee uses judgment in choosing the task/routine:

• Compilation and processing of transaction Payroll and /or Time Data.
• Process payroll requirements in payroll system - monthly, quarterly or year-end.
• Ensure accuracy of Employee or Employer Contributions for statutory requirements .
• Ensure accuracy of other payroll-related payments.
• Generation of pay statements.
• Timely remittance of payments or reports.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• With US Payroll or Lawson background.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
