Accounts Payable- Front Office- DUTCH

Ensure the effective operation of the Accounts Payable function by executing the activities that comprise the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. Main focus is on answering emails from the client and from third party suppliers related to (unpaid) invoices.

I. Accountability and Scope
a. Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions
b. Subject to direct supervision to facilitate achievement of quality and performance targets.
c. Interacts primarily with own workgroup.
d. Identify processing issues and recommend solutions to these
e. Ability to prioritize one's load/volume
f. Other responsibilities deemed appropriate

II. People and Knowledge
a. Co-operates with and supports team members as required.
b. Able to acquire new skills in appropriate time scales and operate basic work based equipment.
c. Able to understand and comply with oral and written instructions.
d. Able to complete tasks to the prescribed quality standards.
