The Assistant Manager - Outlet is responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
He/She will be responsible for demonstrating Hyatt values and living our purpose of “We care for people so they can be their best”.
Ideal candidate profile
Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager - Outlet in luxury hotel.
