As of December 1, 2020, we are looking for committed reservation staff (m / f / d) for our Global Contact Center - Europe based in Mainz.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally, you have already gained experience in the hotel business or in a contact center and have fluent knowledge of English and one other language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic or Turkish), as well as good computer skills.

You are a competent contact person for our guests. Telephone contact is your strength, you are flexible and service-oriented.
