Job description



· Maintains all applications from recruitment channel, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions. Arranging interview at appropriate time.
维护招聘渠道所有的应聘要求,以便从中选择合适的人选,并组织和安排面试事宜。
· Ensures that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/ reject letters are sent out 2 weeks from date of receipt.
确保所有的求职申请,不论通过还是拒绝都能在两周之内给予回复。
· Prepare recruitment advertisements align with updated hotel information that reinforces the corporate identity and projects a professional image.
准备酒店的招聘资料,及时更新酒店的信息,使其能够加强宣传本酒店的特性、计划以及专业的企业形象。
· Maintains close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools and develop new schools.
与相关单位、酒店院校保持紧密地联系,并开拓新的合作单位。
· Prepares the documentation process for visa applications for foreign nationals.
为国外的应聘者准备签证所需要的相关文件。
· Assists in the recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration.
协助完成新员工的录用、登记等手续。

·  Familiar with the local talent market, effectively analyze the talent market dynamics

·  Willing to try new ways and methods of work, and brave to explore new channels
乐于尝试新的工作方式与方法,勇于开拓新的渠道
·  Hospitalities graduation with at least two years relative working experience is preferred
酒店专业毕业且在本职工作两年以上优先考虑
·  Fluent English
