Job description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Purchasing Clerk is responsible to assist the Purchasing Manager in the smooth operation and efficient running of the Purchasing Department while meeting department's objectives.
The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible to ensure that all requisitions are coordinated and items requested are delivered on time. Must overlook the stores and ensures the inventory is completed regularly on a monthly basis. Deals with suppliers and vendors in a very efficient manner.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Basic knowledge in Purchasing/Receiving/Store management, Account preferable / · Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
Must be a local national
Must have good command of English and Arabic language
Prior hotel experience will be a plus
