Job description

· You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
· The mixologist is responsible to assist with the customer and bar service at the hotel's selected beverage outlets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
·  Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations, as Head Bartender or mixologist.
·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  Excellent knowledge in Wine & Spirits required.
