Job description
1. Assists the Learning and Development Manager in the efficient running of the Learning and Development Department.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of computers: Microsoft Office Lotus Notes and PeopleSoft (an advantage).
3. Conducting in-house generic Learning & Development programs for talent.
4. Prepares Learning & Development materials and posters.
5. Hotel activities coordinating and organizing.
6. Appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of differing levels of education.
7. Possesses the potential for advancement and development in Learning & Development Management.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
1. University degree or diploma preferred.
2. Fluent oral and written English.
3. With training experience, hotel training experience is preferred.
