Income Auditor (Saudi National Only)

Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies, Purpose, Mission, Vision and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations.

You will be required to supervise and oversee the Income Auditor section and will be reporting to the Finance Manager. Income auditor is required to keep a strong check over the different areas of the hotel. Control on food and beverage inventories, stock control, float check of front office, food and beverage outlets and other areas of the hotel. Run monthly inventories of all items and must be able to record them in Scala.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management. CA certification would be an advantage. Minimum 2 years work experience as Income Auditor or Accountant in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Saudi nationals only.

Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Must have previous hotel experience, pre opening will be an asset.

Good knowledge of Scala or other stock/inventory systems.
