Located in the heart of Jakarta's Sudirman Business District, Alila SCBD Jakarta is the ultimate urban boutique hotel and a social playground for business and pleasure, with Vong Kitchen and Le Burger as the dining and entertaining venues.

As a HR Supervisor, you have a passion to work with and for the people, enjoy spending quality time to ensure staff welfare and follow up on administrative duties that relates to employee welfare. Overall, you render support to human resources processes by administering, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

· Professional hotel experience in Human Resources
· Passion for Human Resources
· Good administrative skills and comply with meeting deadlines
· Language proficiency in written and spoken English
· Computer literacy in HR system, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher, basic filing system
· Strongly in Recruitment
