Job description
·
Preparation of recruitment plans for the whole year and quarterly, monthly and weekly plans according to assigned recruitment criteria.
·
Seeking solutions to make the recruitment plan effective, reasonable, ensure enough employee requirement for all department
·
Control budgeting, recruiting costs, and make sure effect using
·
Receiving the recruitment needs of departments to develop recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans.
·
Drafting and issuing recruitment notices and ensure correct with the company recruitment regulation.
·
Search for candidates through the recruitment channels, find through the website, forums, employment centers, job fairs ...
·
Updating and managing candidate information files, filtering candidate profiles, coordinating placement arrangements, and interview candidates.
·
Announcing the results of interview to the successful candidate, and Ensure candidate receive the Offer letter and all requirement recruitment during 5 to 7 days after pass last interview.
·
Implementation procedure welcome new employees, develop materials and organize orientation training for new employees.
·
Participates in establishing criteria and job descriptions for positions.

Participating in the tasks of human resource management when required include: monitoring personnel changes, labor contracting, drafting administrative and personnel administration documents ...
·
Storing and managing candidate information, ensuring the source of candidate profile meet the recruitment requirements of the company when necessary.
·
Search for candidates to upgrade the company's candidate data, and develop the source and recruitment channels of the Company.
·
Make sure all reports periodical related to recruitment, other reports correctly and submit correct on time

Other tasks based on the requirement from direct manager

Qualifications :
·
Graduated from university or major in Business Administration, Human Resource Management ...
·
Having at least one year of experience as a recruiting officer, preferably with hospitality experience.
·
Be able to recognize, evaluate human, have minds to set up, organize, and run the work.
·
Resistant to high pressure at work.
·
Have soft skill: Problem solving skill, time management skill, plan skill, team work, Observation skills, Creativity at work, Adaptability, Target skill, and Listen to and learn critiques
·
Have a clear work attitude, honest, work enthusiastically, have a responsibility.
·
Good computer skills, foreign languages.
