Job description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible to keep track of the quality of the cleaning services, control rooms in departure, in sleepy and cover and save them, manage requests and claims of customers with discretion and efficiency, ensure the transmission of information between day and evening. Participate in the management of the floors: ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
