Host (Front Desk Agent)- Front Desk or Club Lounge

Job description

· Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.
· Update guest's profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints.
· Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
·  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
·  Self-motivated and responsible
·  Customer and service orientated
