About the role:



We have an exciting opportunity within our Graduate Bar team for an experienced Head Bartender. You should be familiar with the latest in mixology and bar equipment with a focus on maintaining a clean and attractive bar. This position involves delivering outstanding guest experience, and building on the individuals previous bartending experiences.

Our ideal candidate should have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, to work both independently and part of a team and must be able to work a full time, yet flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements

Proven bartending experience in either an independent bar, or hotel lobby bar

·

Cocktail experience is an asset

·

Excellent communication skills
