You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
Your mission is to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction:
- Welcome, accompany and inform our clients,
- Set up, take orders, anticipate and provide service,
- Promotion of our establishment and our services.
Ideal candidate profile
- Strong desire to evolve within the company and/or group,
- Great personality, enthusiastic, team player and creative,
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management,
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations,
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must,
- You must speak French fluently, knowledge in English is an asset.
