Groups Coordinator

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and to ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to Hyatt's standard.

Integrated in the Sales and Marketing department of our establishment, you will belong to the Events service, already composed of 3 people.

Your main missions will be :

You will be in charge of preparing the daily meetings of the service, to manage the customer files "Leisure" since their reception until the departure of the customer, to write the proposals for the customers, to enter and to check all the "groups Rooming lists". You will also participate in the management of internal events.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

You have a bachelor degree or diploma in hotel management with a specialization in events and are looking for a first experience in the events service of a five-star hotel. You are fluent in French and English and are comfortable with computer software (mastery of the Office Pack, the knowledge of Opera and Hyatt software will be appreciated). You have good customer service and communication skills.
