General Cashier/ Paymaster (Assistant Manager)

Grand Hyatt Manila, located at the Bonifacio Global City is seeking a well-experienced General Cashier/ Paymaster who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of cash and payroll activities in the Accounting Department.

Grand Hyatt Manila will feature 461 luxurious and suites, an entertainment complex, state of the art events spaces and an array of F&B options that provide an abundance of culinary delights, and a Fitness center and Spa.

This role is ideal for someone who has comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements. The General Cashier/ Paymaster is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and overseeing the handling of all cash for the hotel, subsequently, you will also oversee payroll reconciliation and verify regular payroll reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications :

·  Essential: Experience in manual payroll administration as payroll master. Knowledgeable about local pay rules, regulations and laws.
·  Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or hospitality/ tourism management.
·  Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills with high regard for detail and accuracy, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
