Job description
1. Greet all arriving guests in a pleasant manner, make them feel welcome and home
2. Lead the guest to the table and introduce your self
3. Aware to the availability of the table
4. If all tables are filled, hostess will escort the guest to a comfortable area which is not too crowd
5. Familiar with club and hotel facility
6. Responsible in receiving incoming calls and give information regarding the club
7. Record reservations and special request
8. Responsible to provide a proper set up
9. Know the assigned station, side duties and table number
10. Familiar with the menu, know the basic ingredients, its prices and presentation
11. Responsible in taking the guest order and serve them
12. Responsible to create teamwork
13. Sales oriented
14. Guest satisfaction oriented
15. Easy to communicate with guest
16. Report customer comments or complaints to club manager or supervisor
