F&B Cashier - Vong Kitchen & Le Burger

Job description

Le Burger is a concept by one of New York's most celebrated Michelin stars chef - Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his son, Cedric Vongerichten.

​A new, modern, artsy restaurant with an industrial feeling, bringing the New York City downtown vibe to Jakarta. Le Burger will serve signature burgers with delicious sides and deserts, also offering fast breakfast lunch Grab & Go style. With a beer garden attached to the restaurant, Le Burger will also offer a variety of beers on tab and bottles with exclusive hip atmosphere.

You create memorable dining experiences for guests by providing them with a high level of food and beverage service. You listen to your guests and offer specific suggestions
from the menu to satisfy their needs, wants and desires. You enjoy working as part of a team and help your colleagues whenever you can.

As a F&B Cashier, you will properly record all sales of Food & Beverage and ascertains that all charged sales are properly signed and acknowledged by the guests. You will prepare the accounting for and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as the Cashier's house fund, and complete the Cashier's Daily Report. You enjoy working as part of a team and offer assistance to other team members whenever you can.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;
·  Hospitality background
·  Previous cashiering experience in a hotel/restaurant property
·  Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and good communication skills
·  Computer literacy in Micros, Fidelio, and other systems
·  Good knowledge of both English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
