Event Planning Coordinator

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Planning Coordinator to join our Events team. We are looking for a passionate team player with previous Dubai experience in five star luxury properties and strong knowledge of the market, who will ensure that Park Hyatt Dubai is a primary player for corporate business. At this position, you will be handling small meeting requests (mainly corporate). This position also requires, in addition to planning and preparing documentation for the event, to meet a personal budget target.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum of one experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel related to corporate business.
·  Solid knowledge of the Dubai market and experience with the luxury segment.
·  Ability to represent the Park brand.
