Our newest property in the UK opened in December 2019 as a 152-room luxury lifestyle hotel. We are an international 5* hotel, ideally located just a few steps from St James's, Covent Garden and right next to Trafalgar Square.

About the role:

You will be the point of reference for guests who need assistance and information offering a warm and personalised approach to their needs. Some of the key tasks include but are not limited to:

·  Taking care of all guest's bookings for taxis, restaurants and activities
·  Being available at the hotel entrance at all times greeting with a warm welcome all arriving guests and visitors
·  Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.

About you:

You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure are key for this role.

With your intuition and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for our guests. If you are a motivated Door Host with experience in Hotels or premium restaurants, who likes a challenge, we would love to meet you.
