You will be responsible for the efficient running of Sales & Marketing division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.
A university degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management will be preferred. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
