Hang Seng Winter Co-op Programme – Business Development (BD)

The Business Development (BD) is a newly established team for leading strategic business projects involving Hong Kong and China teams. The focused areas include Hong Kong and key cities within the Greater Bay Area, and innovative solutions for customer needs. The team also works closely with other business departments, support functions, and external professionals in exploring and leading our strategic business opportunities and plans.

If you are interested in developing a career in the banking industry and gaining hands-on experience and exposure in a reputable bank before graduation, please come and join our Co-op Programme of Business Development (BD).

Programme Overview

Duration: January – End of June 2020 (6 months full-time employment)

Potential Career Path: The internship is the beginning of an exciting journey that could take you to future leaderships in the banking industry. Perform well and you will be considered for early selection of Management Trainee or other graduate opportunities

Principle Responsibilities

· Support Business Development team in the coordination and facilitation of Greater Bay Area (GBA) business development projects and initiatives
· Assist Business Development team for administrative work

Qualifications :

Requirements:

· 
Non-final year full time undergraduate students, or degree holder with deferred full time master degree offer. All academic disciplines are welcome

· 
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn

· 
Proficiency in English and Chinese

· 
Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· 
Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
