We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Wealth Planning Support.

Principal responsibilities

· Update relevant reports for pipeline and completed cases
· Provide timely reports to Head of Wealth Planning, including but not limited to monthly reports, account planning, pipeline tracking, collaboration figures
· Maintain team library to ensure consistent and updated materials are available for Wealth Planners to market effectively
· Assist Wealth Planner to prepare proposal for new prospect
· Coordinate for New Business Approval, that is to ensure all Know Your Customers documents and information are obtained for due diligence purpose
· Prepare documentation in relation to trust establishment and assets transfer, including but not limited to Trust Deed, Deed of Gift, Letter of Wishes
· Ensure all deeds, documentation, correspondence, legal or tax advice if any have been filed properly
· Responsible for some administrative duties, including organizing travel arrangements and meeting arrangements for Wealth Planners, printing of marketing materials, assistance to internal and external events arrangement
· Maintain good working relationship with other teams, including Business Implementation Unit, Documentation Team, Trust Relationship Managers, Compliance, Fiduciary Support, Finance Department to ensure efficiency in completing the tasks
· Coordinate with other business units and professional parties to follow up and complete clients' requests

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Corporate Governance or related discipline
·  Company secretarial, accounting or legal background is a plus
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills with high level of attention to detail
·  Strong team player and high sense of responsibility
·  Be self-motivated, independent, hardworking, eager to learn and be able to work under pressure
·  Fluent in English and Cantonese and preferably fluent in Mandarin You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.
