We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Trade Transformation Portfolio Architect.


Principal Responsibility
· Responsible for the architecture and design activities associated with one or more change portfolios
· Accountable for overall design and integrity of set of systems and applications to support specific large programmes or projects
· Accountability for ensuring solution designs reflect the needs of the enterprise and works closely with the Enterprise
· Architecture team, ensuring alignment with group architectural strategy, standards and policies
· Control functions to ensure that products and services are built to provide the required levels of availability, functional capability and non functional capability, and systemic operational issues are addressed in the design lifecycle
· Accountable for presenting the architectural solution to the business for their understanding within a specific domain of portfolio area
· Accountable for providing the business and technical benefits and limitations to the business and various technical governance boards
· Leader within the technology area of the bank evangelising how technology can improve business value or operational excellence in the bank
· Working across the Global Trade and Receivables Finance Architecture team, and the Engineering delivery Pods providing collaborative support and a clear direction and roadmap for the teams to deliver to

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
·  Experience on managing IT project under Agile methodology is highly desirable
·  Previous experience in presenting to senior stakeholders in both business and technology is preferred
·  Understanding of how DevOps works and how to utilize to in the Agile process is preferred
·  Able to still code or capable fully understand a coded system at the code level would be an advantage
·  Architecture and design activities experience within banking industry would be an advantage
