Senior Consultant Specialist (GCB 5) – Mobile Test Automation
Key Responsibilities
·
Use knowledge and experience in Digital best practices, processes, frameworks, tools, and automation to improve the overall quality of Digital applications and increase velocity and confidence in software delivery.
·
Responsible to develop and deliver Digital roadmap to drive transformation across projects in chosen GB/GB/SLs.
·
Responsible for developing Digital test strategy for mobile testing requirements, architecting appropriate frameworks and applying cloud devices / tools to support Digital testing
·
Identify Testing Design gaps and opportunities through initiative based assessments, validate corrective measures and appropriate automation opportunities and tools
·
Maintain a repository of best practices, guidelines, templates associated herein
·
Responsible for regional input into the learning framework including association with accredited bodies
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Key Requirements
·
3 to 5 years of relevant Digital cloud platform experience with exposure to corporate IT in both agile and waterfall environments, IT Service Delivery and Process Re-engineering under DevOps
·
Delivery experience – with focus on testing, testing strategy & methodologies and awareness of market leading digital testing tools, techniques & methodologies
·
Has architected, designed, and implemented tests and test systems for full-stack of Hybrid SaaS based and on premise Digital applications
·
Experience in mobile test automation using devices, SaaS solutions and simulator/emulators.
·
Has experience working in a complex mesh of services with enterprise-grade requirements
·
Experienced in Business Stakeholder Management
·
Has solid understanding of Agile (Scrum), CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Selenium, Appium
·
Understanding of key DevOps tools and their integration with appropriate automation
·
Drive to improve and enhance existing strategies, processes, tools and techniques
·
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, understanding needs and articulating ideas
·
Good presentation and technical writing skills
·
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business
