Designation :APM

Location : PUne


Main Duties

(Please describe the role that the Candidate will be undertaking within the team)

The candidate will be responsible for:

· Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope

· Oversee all aspects of projects

· Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project

· Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project

· Coordinate internal resources

· Driving definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

· Detailed project planning to monitor and track progress

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques

· Project Risk Management

· Reporting and escalations to management as needed and required

· Tracking and maintaining project performance

· Perform other related duties as assigned or required

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / Prime requirements

1) Proven working experience in project management ( Required)

2) Excellent Knowledge and experience in managing technical projects from Banking / Finance domain( Required)

3) Experience with diverse and global teams ( Required )

4) Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills ( Required )

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Required )

6) Working experience for Agile and DevOps (Required)

7) Industry Certifications like PMP, PRINCE II, etc. (Desired)

NON TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / Soft Skills / Proficiencies


1) Knowledge of Security and Fraud Risk Systems. (Desired)

2) Knowledge of any Transaction monitoring / Cards System ( Desired )

3) Consulting type skills – communication / client management / presentation / facilitation, etc.

4) Demonstrate ability to lead from the front. (Highly Desired)

5) Ability to work under pressure. (Highly Desired)
