We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Technology Programme Management Officer .

Principal responsibilities

​Manage budget and manpower plan for global EQD, work closely with programme and project managers to ensure hiring and exits are in line, review financials and spending, reforecasting and ensuring projects and overall EQD portfolio spend is within budget

Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ie COO office comprising business management, finance and procurement, product owner, HR, external agencies etc

Provide guidance and enforce discipline on processes such time booking and provide advice on tools such as Clarity, asset capitalisation guidance

Help with the running of the programme management office and disseminating new processes coming from the COO office

Work closely with the head of Derivatives IT and PMs on the year end budget, submission of hardware and software headwinds, ad hoc queries from stakeholders

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :


Financial management experience

Highly analytical, organised, structured and results driven

Flexibility to adapt to challenging priorities and to meet strict deadline

Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written

Ability to work in a complex and global environment.

Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of Equities and motivation towards understanding further the equity derivatives business
