Role Purpose (Batch Scheduler with experience working on Control-M, Production Support)

Scheduling & Workload Automation (S&WA) is an integral part of Data Centre & Operations. S&WA are responsible for Globally delivering scheduling requirements at the quality and pace warranted by the business whilst maintaining the integrity of the scheduling environments. Our aim is to provide the workload automation capabilities to facilitate DevOps and Agile practices both internally and externally, and administer the end-end governance and oversight for all scheduling products.

working experience on batch management / scheduling tools / BMC Control-M , sound knowledge on scheduling concepts & Unix Scripting, should have handled On call

The job holder should be able to work on any Batch scheduling related changes and willing to work in Evening Shifts along with the On-call support.

Experience of working within an IT Environment

Strong knowledge and working experience on batch management / scheduling tools / BMC Control-M

Good knowledge of Scheduling and Admin Concepts, Unix Scripting

·
Experience of working on Production support/ On-Call

·
Basic knowledge of Databases like DB2, Oracle
